This is A sprite editor for Final Fantasy VI, version 2.11. It can edit the monsters, espers, portraits and character sprites, as well as import new images. This is version 2.11 written in Visual C++ 6.0. Read the Readme file. Download the program here. you can get the monster sprites from a lot of other games, including all the sprites from Final Fantasy IV and V, here.
